Privacy policy

When you create an account, AISub stores the name, email address and password you provide. Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, AISub receives basic profile details from that account, such as your name and email address.

Your account also holds your saved regions, language and currency preferences, and any websites you submit to the AI directory, promotion orders and Pro subscriptions. AISub never connects to or accesses your ChatGPT or other AI service accounts.

Stripe processes payments. AISub does not store card details; it keeps only the payment status and amounts needed to reconcile orders.

AISub uses your account email for address verification, password resets and Pro price alerts, and records whether each alert was delivered. Delivery records are kept for 90 days.

Public pages use Umami's cookieless analytics. Account, authentication and admin pages are excluded. AISub does not send names, email addresses, account IDs, search text or authentication parameters to Umami.

AISub records product impressions and outbound clicks in the AI directory, and impressions and clicks on site banners and sponsor slots. Event details are kept for 90 days and daily totals for 24 months.

The MCP server needs no account and sets no cookies. When an AI client calls a tool, AISub receives only the tool arguments, such as a product, region or currency. It never receives your conversation with the AI assistant.

The source IP address of a request is held in server memory for rate limiting for at most one minute and is never written to the database. AISub keeps daily totals of calls per tool and client type (such as Claude or ChatGPT), counted in Beijing time; it does not store query arguments or responses. These totals are kept for 24 months.

When you sign in, your browser keeps a session cookie so you stay signed in. A session lasts 7 days and is extended while you keep using the site. Your language choice is stored in the aisub_locale cookie for one year. Display preferences such as currency are kept in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time.

To prevent abuse, some endpoints derive a one-way digest from your IP address and browser identifier for short-term rate limiting; these records are deleted once they expire. The website and MCP server are delivered through Cloudflare, which may process standard access logs under its own privacy policy.

AISub relies on these providers for the related data: Stripe (payments), Google and GitHub (only if you choose to sign in with them), an email delivery service (account email and alerts), Umami (analytics) and Cloudflare (network delivery and security). AISub does not sell personal information.

You can delete your account from the account page. Resolve any outstanding promotions, refunds and payment disputes first. Deletion withdraws the websites you submitted and removes your account, saved regions and preferences. Transaction records needed to reconcile payments and refunds are kept without the link to your account.
